Down Fall

Hello!

I had a bad makeup day today, and nothing I tried didn't seem to work out. Then I was asked to do a fall look, and I took a liitle bit of this and that, and loved the result:

Closer look of the false lashes:

And here's the look  without the falsies:

There's bunch of different products:

  • Pixie Epoxy as a base
  • Trucco Angel Green (inner corners)
  • MUFE Diamond shadow #304 (middle of the lid)
  • MAC Reflects Bronze glitter (2/3 of lid)
  • Too Faced  Moon Beam (crease, UNDER Heritage Rouge, lower lashline)
  • MAC Heritage Rouge (outer corner, crease)
  • MUFE (Blush, used as eyeshadow)  #48 (above Heritage Rouge)
  • MUFE  #41 (to blend MUFE #48)
  • Trucco Angel Gold (highlight)
On lips is NYX Apollo lipstick.

Then something else:

I got small package from Detrivore Cosmetics:

And I also got few AWESOME lashes from Madame Madeline :

Then some random looks from the past days:

Gray liner (Illamasqua) with Detrivore Fortress and Kat von D Lucifer:

MUFE #92, MAC Gesso and BE Soft Focus Style:

Ummmm... I remember that the bracelet is from Avon :D I guess I have some Michael Todd Chick and MAC Handwritten:

Urban Decay look, Maui Wowie, Twice Baked and Polyester Bride:

Check out also my review on Tarte Lipsurgence lip stain from MakeupGeek:

So, got any ideas on halloween tutorials?
I'm planning a Cleopatra look, pixie/fairie look and possibly something else too!
Let me know what you'd like to see!

Looks from the past week

Lately my looks have been really "normal", no bright colors, no weird liners, no odd placement, no wigs, no NOTHING.

Every day I have taken my bright eyeshadows, tried to do a look with them, but no. I end up wearing something brown, gold, warm, unsuprising.
I really need to find my inspiration to use colors again -_-

This was my look from 8/9, using Sugarpill Dollipop:

My 9/9 look was so boring I didn't even take a photo of it, but my look-for-fun was much more interesting :D

Done with:
MAC DSquared Greasepaint Stick in V (base)
Sugarpill Hysteric (lid)
Sugarpill Poison Plum (crease)
Sugarpill Dollypop (above Poison Plum)

And my Cocktail look (I was going to cocktail party, but skipped 'cos I still felt ill), done with UD BoS II (Mushroom, Sellout, Gunmetal and Twice Baked):

And the Emilie Autumn tutorial is coming probably tomorrow and a small quide to highligh is coming soon too.

Mushroom, Shroom but no badgers.

Hello!

I had really lazy weekend what it comes to makeup, I've been feeling really tired and depressed lately, and that also reflects to my face literally, since I can't consentrate to do my makeup.

But anyway, I took pics of my weekend's looks:

Saturday I used Michael Todd eyeshadows, MSCHIC shadows and We Care Icon  Perfect Turquiose eyeliner:

And today I used UD Mushroom, Twice Baked and MAC Shroom:

But something positive, I got my Ropecon pictures finally!

So here's my weird cyborg-goth-zombie look:
I know I'm fat, no need to mention that :)

And here's a close up of the makeup, I really wish I'd had more thime to do it, I had only one hour to do my makeup, hair and get dressed to costume:

(all Ropecon photos by Juho Heikkilä)

I promise I'll try to write something smart next week. Hopefully I won't feel this tired then.

PS. I love True Blood, both series and books.

Going Gothic.

Hello!

What if I dyed my hair black, shaved my eyebrows, started wearing black veils and black lipstick and dark makeup?
Would I make a good goth?

Or even BAAAAAD goth:
Just joking *g*

I just felt like doing true-evil goth look, and it didn't quite go so well :3

It's AWFULLY HARD to blend eyeshadow over eyebrow wax. Seriously. :S
That's why there's no closeups. The makeup really sucked on closer examination :D

Without wig I look like drag queen!

"Show me your teeth":
Don't ask :D

But when it comes to makeup, I've had two awful makeup days.
I've started a million looks, wiped them off and started all over again. Nothing seems to work out.
I've lost my mojo, heeeeellllp! :D

Here's some proof of my lack of imagination:

My yesterday's look, with chunkymonkeyglitteryjibbery UD Midnight Cowboy Rides Again, UD Half Baked and UD Twice Baked:

And my today's look with hellofabunch of stuff, there's UD Shattered and UD Mildew and UD Flipside and SMH Fresh and Trucco Angel Green&Gold, MAC Warm Chill and MAC Greenstroke paintpot and ModelsOwn Green Goddess pancil and.... I can't even REMEMBER.
Can you tell that I just COULDN'T decide?

Then other stuff.

Today I fell in love (again) :

This beauty is Tokidoki kabuki brush. I want it.
But unfortunately I can't really have it, since it isn't really available online, and it costs pretty much in ebay.

But to ease my pain I ordered this from ebay:

I don't expect it to be good, I expect it to be pretty :3 And it was cheap ^^

That's it.
