Friendship is magic! part III ! (Last one, I promise!)

Hello!

So the last bunch of MLP:FiM is done!
I can do more MLP looks, if I get inspiration or requests, but otherwise this is it :D

Here we go:

Princess Luna/Nightmare Moon:

I just couldn't get the right colors to this! Every shadow I tried turned out wrong on the lid. So I finally just gave up. Here's 120 color palette blues (like 5 of them or so :D), MUFE silver flash color, and Sugarpill Royal Sugar. Lashes are Elise #169.

Princess Celestia:

I realized I don't own many pastel colors :O This is mainly done with MUFE Flash colors white+green+turquoise, white+yellow and white+pink+blue, and with Illamasqua Cream Pigment Dab and then I used MUFE starpowders #940, #942 and #944 over them. Lashes are NYX "Funky Diva" lashes, modified with pearls and rhinestones. On the waterline is Illamasqua's Debonair pencil.

Spike:

I thought that the striped liner ow waterline would be nice touch, though I should have made it green/white :P
120 color palette, MUFE #09 & #91, Illamasqua Cream Pigment Dab. Lashes are "Punk" by Make Up Store (same lashes are also available from kkcenterHK).

Friendship is magic! part II !

Hola!

In was actually so inspired by this whole MLP theme that I did three MLP looks today!
Here we go:

Applejack:

Applejack is da dude :D Even though Applepie is awesome, this is probably the "worst" makeup of the bunch. I don't know what could have I done differently, but oh well, atleast it's done :D
I used 120 color palette, MUFE red Flash color for apples, Elise lashes (I dyed the white balls on lashes red), and a hint of green liner on lower lashline.

 Fluttershy:

Awww, Fluttershy is so SWEEEEET <3
Again 120 color palette, Ardell Beauties lashes, purple rhinestones and MUFE turquoise flashcolor on butterflies.

Twilight Sparkle:

This was the most fun to do! I had pretty clear idea what I was doing, and it came out pretty cool!
I used Illamasqua Cream Pigment Dab, 120 color palette, Sugarpill Poison Plum, MUFE starpowder #951, Illamasqua Pure Pigment Breathe, purple and clear rhinestones for cutie mark's star, and Urban Decay HBIC lashes tuned with pink feathers. Some MAC Fuchsia glitter and Reflects Transparent Teal is also used.

Next to be done is Princess Celestia, Princess Luna and Spike <3

And if you still don't what is this whole MLP:FiM thing is, watch this:

PS:
My Nicky Minaj inspired makeup tutorial is up on Makeup Geek:
Step by step: Nicky Minaj inspired look

Friendship is magic!

I know I'm not alone here when I say My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic is awesome show!

I don't know why I decided to start doing makeups inspired by the ponies, but hey, here are the first ones:

Pinkie Pie:

Pinkie Pie is PINK! So is the makeup.
I used Manly 120 palette pinks and MUFE starpowder #951, and some NYX Hot Pink Candy Glitter Liner.
Balloons are done with MUFE flash colors.

Rainbow Dash:

Rainbow Dash is awesome! And has a rainbow, so I did rainbow to this look.
I used MUFE flash colors to do the rainbows base, then Manly 120 palette colors and Sugarpill colors to make it stronger. There's also MAC reflects transparent teal.

Rarity:

Rarity is the beauty queen, always ready to do a makeover for others.
I  wanted my Rarity makeup to be as sweet and beautiful and sexy as it could be, and there also had to be rhinestones.
I used Sugarpill Poison Plum, Tako and Paperdoll, And Illamasqua Pure Pigment Breathe and Cream Pigment Dab.

And now that I mentioned Illamasqua, here's a sneak peek of what I got today:

Now I just need to do Applejack, Fluttershy, Twilight Sparkle, Celestia.... There are so many :D

Rolling in the deep

Hola!

Lately I've fallen in love with Adele's song Rolling in the Deep, and because of that I also made a bit research about what kind of makeup styles she uses.
So today my look was inspired by Adele, and here's the result:

 Palladio eyelid primer
28 neutral palette colors
MAC Blacktrack fluidline
Ebay bulk lashes

My other look for today was something totally different:

Sugarpill Flamepoint + Buttercupcake
MUFE White Flashcolor
MUFE Black Flashcolor
MUFE Gold Flashcolor
Ben Nye Iced Gold
MAC Reflects bronze
Feather lashes from kkcenter
NYX Special Effects lashes EL186 Super Power

I only did one eye, as you can see :D

Tutorial: Kim Kardashian smokey eye

I saw someone asking a tutorial of Kim Kardashian's look:

I though it could be fun to see how I would pull this up, so here's my version and the tutorial :D
(Before someones starts a fight, I admit that I have used a quite a lot of photoshop in some of the pics. )

(And I'm sorry if the tutorial pics are too dark, my screen broke and I didn't have enough time to configure my borrowed screen)

You need:
Primer
Black base color
Black shadow
Darkish brown shadow
(Lighter brown shadow)
Gold-toned white shadow
black waterliner
mascara
False lashes

Start with priming your lid as always:

Then apply black base to your lid. You can use MAC Shade/greasepaint sticks, MAC Paint pots, NYX Jumbo pencils, or anything black and sticky:

Then apply black eyeshadow over the black base:

Same thing to the outer lower lashline:

..and black shadow over the base there too:

Then take darkish brown shadow, and blend it to crease and upwards from there:

I then took a bit lighter brown, and blended it almost up to my brow:

Then blend the black on the lower lashline with some brown too, apply brown to your inner lower lashline too:

Time for light! Apply some gold-toned white to your inner corner:
 .. and to your highlight:

Then line your waterline with the blackest black you'll find. One nice way is to take gel liner with a black pencil, so that you get both the gel liner and the pencil:

Apply couple layers of black mascara:

And to finalize the look, use huuuuuge falses on both upper and lower lashline. If you want the Kim look, use also several individual lashes on both lashlines:

Pair with nude lipstick, clear lipgloss, and heavy shadings on cheeks (it looks like Kim K is also using shading powder on her temples..):

Eyecolor makes a huge difference, you know :D

Oh, and btw, I made a blog containing most of my step-by-step tutorials, so now you can find them at one place: Jangsara's tutorials
