Tutorial: Bed(room) time!

Hello all!

First of all, thank you for your supersweet comments in my last post! <3

I have something for you, a TUTORIAL!

And it's for this look:

You'll need:
  • MAC Contrutivist paint pot
  • MAC Handwritten eyeshadow
  • Make Up For Ever #41 eyeshadow
  • MAC Polished Ivory pigment
  • Black eyeshadow
  • Black eyeliner
  • Mascara

So here we go:

First apply MAC Contrutivist paint pot to whole lid:

Then blend it out wirh MAC Handwritten eyeshadow, creating a V shape to outer corner::

Then blend Handwritten with MUFE #41:

Apply MAC Polished Ivory pigment to highlight and inner corner:

If you want, you can add a hint of black to outer V:

Line your eye with black liner. This doesn't need to be that precise, we'll smudge it next:

Then we smudge the liner by using some black shadow:

Then line your lower lashline with black. I used matte black eyeshadow:

And then waterline:

Then mascara:

And finally falsies, mine are MAC #34:

And same look with out doors:

Pair it with nude lips and you're ready!

  4. This a very pretty look. I just tried to do this look on myself. I didn't have MUFE #54 so I used MAC Bronze eyeshadow. It didn't come out as nice as yours now I am inspired to buy MUFE #54. Thanks so much for the tutorial.

    1. Agreed. Sometimes it helps to have fans who are honest and not, "OMG you look so HAWT!" at everything.

  18. ^Anonymous above me must have no idea what they're talking about.

    As for the look-
When I first saw this, I thought it was very beautiful on you... but I wasn't really interested in trying it myself because it was... well, kinda plain imo.

But omg. I did it today... and I'm in love. I feel SO SEXY. You're such a miracle worker with makeup! :P

I don't use MAC, so I used these alternatives:
-NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in Iced Mocha
    -ELF Mineral Eyeshadow in Enchanting
    -ELF Mineral Eyeshadow in Golden
    -ELF Mineral Eyeshadow in Elegant
    -ELF Mineral Eyeshadow in Seductive
    -MAC Black Russian Eyeliner
    -L'oreal Voluminous Mascara

turned out sexy as hell :P

    1. No it's actually not "stupid". They are trying to be helpful. The colors may look perfect but the right amount of light really helps.
